It has been a golden year indeed for Community Lifecare Incorporated. Not only did they celebrate their 50th Anniversary in 2009, they were also selected as a Regional Finalist in Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies program. Congratulations on both achievements.
In October employees came together at the Leadership Summit to celebrate 50 years in business with awards and presentations for customer service excellence, operational excellence and organizational growth. At this two day session the agenda was built around their collective educational goals, intended to motivate their leaders and communicate the overall vision of the company.
Community Lifecare Inc. has been recognized as having an integrated strategic model for creating capability and commitment. They have developed the right people at the right time which has been a key reason for their nomination as one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies. They share this award with their 1300 employees and thank them for their passion and loyalty.
